Prices
All prices are in the chosen currency, DKK, Euro or USD. Purchases inside Denmark are excluding Danish vat of 25%, which will be added upon shipping the order.
Costumers residing outside Denmark do not pay Danish VAT. The amount is automatically deducted when accepting the order. Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay local taxes and customs duties.
We reserve the right to cancel orders based on a mistyped price.
Payment
Gudrun & Gudrun webshop accepts payment by

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. Gudrun & Gudrun webshop encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction through PBS.
Delivery
Gudrun & Gudrun Webshop will deliver to you within 2-10 weekdays unless anything else is stated. We take the liberty for sold out goods and delayed delivery time at Gudrun & Gudrun webshop.
Faulty Items
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing faults. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with faults that appear, within a period of 2 years. The faulty items must be due to material or production faults.
Cancellation and returns
As a costumer you have 30 days to regret your purchase, when purchasing goods via phone or by internet. If you regret your purchase Gudrun & Gudrun webshop will return the price of the goods and delivery cost.

Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).
On returning faulty items please state clearly the reason, as this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received by Gudrun & Gudrun webshop
