Hand Knit

You can talk about fast food and slow food and you can talk about fast clothing and slow clothing. The hand-knitted collections are slow clothing. Meaning that plenty of time and plenty feelings are put into every single item. The knitters have their home and as their working place and knitting is one way of overcoming the long, windy and dark winters.  As a costumer you get a unique piece with it's own story and with the name of the knitter of your specific item. As we produce for orders only, the delivery time can be up to two weeks.

This very simple and extremely form fitted sweater is just now used by the character Sarah Lund in the Danish TV series Forbrydelsen - the Killing 2. The sizes are a bit small, but the sweater is supposed to be fitted. It will grow approximately 1/2 size when used a bit. See also size-guide. This style has various colour variations, so you decide depending on your taste.

The Naomi sweater is named after Naomi Campbell. It is hand knitted on the Faroe Islands. The story behind it is that when the very young and newly educated designer started making knitwear, she sold this specific model to Naomi Campbell in the boutique of Sabine Poupinel in Copenhagen. We where are all happy for this - as this was a great motivation to focus on the hand knit.

The first thing that I feel telling you about this hand-knitted sweater is that it gives you an amazing figure. The v-knit has a slimming effect that dosn't require fitness or starvation to wear.
